Sneak In Some Veggies
Does your child give you a hard time with the greens? You know what I mean – veggies! Well, why not add a little to their favorite meals instead of serving them alone as a side?
When making macaroni and cheese throw in cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Everything tastes better with cheese right?
Meatballs – anything can go in here. Dice up anything you have in the fridge and roll into the chopped meat. Your kids will never know!
Grilled cheese is another great meal that can mask in the goo. Dice up and saute tomatoes, onions and peas before creating this favorite kid snack.
