You may or may have not noticed that I switched my blog name from ‘INO Mommy’ to ‘Lady and the Blog’. In case you were wondering why – I wanted to put up this quick post.

I cover events for my websites that usually require me to wear a name tag with my site name on it. Well, EVERY single time I went to an event for INO Mommy, they would write this:

Vera Sweeney
I NO Mommy

As if I was illiterate or trying to sound uneducated. The truth is this world is very different from I’m Not Obsessed and I can’t ASSUME that people will automatically understand what INO stands for.

I also would constantly have to explain what INO meant to people I met because again, it’s a very different crowd. So – I just changed it to something that would be easy to understand and print. Lady and the Blog is simple enough and pretty much sums up the site.

I write about Fashion – Family – Food. That title also gives me the freedom to write about things that perhaps aren’t necessarily mommy related.

The template is the same and the links all redirect to the new site – so if this was the first moment your realized the name change, my server ppl did their job correctly.

Same content – different title.  🙂
