Inside The Kitchen: 5 Ingredient Tilapia


Talk about an easy fish to work with! This recipe is almost a joke! Are you afraid to cook fish at home? Well, fear not!! Here is a SUPER EASY recipe that is sure to please the crowd.


Step 1: Place your white fish in a baking dish and toss with 8 chopped garlic cloves, juice from 1 lemon, 5 tablespoons of olive oil and a handful of chopped parsley. Salt and pepper.


Step 2: Chop up cherry tomatoes and distribute throughout dish. Marinade (covered and refrigerated) if you’d like for about an hour – but it isn’t necessary.

Step 3: Place in a preheated 450 degree oven and cook for 20 minutes.

    I added some season salt n a teaspoon of soy sauce and hot sauce in it.
