First off….isn’t this baby the CUTEST? Makes me want to have another one…Ok…well…maybe not, but the baby sure is cute!
Before I was a mom, I never really thought twice about how “soft” my clothes were or how “environmentally friendly” the fabrics I was wearing were. If it was in style and it was cute, I would wear it! Now that I’m a mom, I think twice about everything! From the clothing my children wear to the food that goes into their bodies to the air they breathe. We are not over-zealous by any means…just your average family…trying to do our part.
When Chasey was born, she was 3lbs 12 oz and 9 weeks early. Only the softest materials would do for my precious little baby in an incubator. I found a few companies that made super soft clothing and blankets for preemies, but it was just recently that I discovered Bamboobino. Ok…let’s talk about soft!!! This hooded baby wrap is the SOFTEST thing I have ever laid my hands on! The best part is that they have a whole line of products made out of bamboo.
It’s more absorbent than cotton
It’s cashmere-like softness is great for babies
It comfortably wicks moisture away from skin
It’s naturally hypo-allergenic for newborns sensitive skin
A few AMAZING traits of the bamboo plant:
As a plant Bamboo possesses a property called bamboo kun which makes it naturally anti-bacterial. Bamboo grows easily without pesticides or fertilizers. Bamboo takes in five times the volume of greenhouse gases as an equivalent of timber trees and releases 35% more oxygen!
Add this adorable little panda to your order and all proceeds go to benefit Free the Children. A charity founded by children to improve the lives of children worldwide! I always love a company that gives back to the world!
