I’m Featured On Chef Boyardee’s Blog Today

Yippee! I went to see Harry Potter this afternoon with my husband. While I was waiting for the show to start I zipped through my phone one more time before I turned it off. I had two emails thanking me for expressing my beliefs in family and in the importance of dining together.

It took me a half second to figure out what it was all about. I then realized my Chef Boyardee article must have posted!!

I’ve waited for MONTHS to see Harry Potter and now all I wanted to do was get home and read my article!! LOL – I shouldn’t have checked my messages. That’s what I get!

Click here to check it out and to read all the kind words that I received from Facebook fans. What a special treat! I almost started to cry because everyone was so positive. Wouldn’t it be great if we were all like that all the time? What a great feeling!

One small issue – they put the wrong ICON on the page! But I emailed Chef Boyardee and I’m hoping someone will fix it tomorrow. :)

Congrats, Vera! :) I think it’s wonderful that you’re getting attention for all of your hard work. I love that you share your life with us!

P.S. what did you think about Harry? I saw it 3 times. LOL I’m done now, unless someone else asks me to go…..

    • I didn’t really like it! I understood why they spent so much time doing nothing in the forest – but I’m all about the action. Not enough happened. I wish they made it at least an hour longer. I left wanting… :)

Aww…Vera, your post is very touching! I’m really happy for you and can’t wait to read the article. I just wanted to comment first that I’m very happy for you, and yes – it would be GREAT if we all felt that way all the time. :)

ALSO: I hope you read this, Vera. If you haven’t contacted The Talk (or watched it), please do so! I can totally see you being invited on their show!. They showed a video by selfishmommy, and they posted classymommy as on of the mom bloggers of the day…and they invited about 10 mom bloggers to be in the front rows of their show. Every time they feature this stuff, I think of YOU!

  • WOW Bill, Natalie and Liam are SO lucky to have a mom like you–who cares enough to make those family dinners count- not to mention knows how to cook up the good stuff too! So proud of you and all your accomplishments!
