My New Favorite Winter Boots: Timberland Earthkeepers Mount Holly Duck Boot
Goodbye UGGs and HELLO Timberland! Earlier this week, I picked up a pair of Timberland’s Earthkeepers Mount Holly Duck Boot and pretty much HAVEN’T STOPPED WEARING THEM SINCE. I was SUCH an UGGs girl, but the Timberland boots keep my feet just as warm AND provide a shape to the bottom of my leg. You know how UGGs can make you look a bit … frumpy? Well, Timberlands lace up tight so your skinny jeans don’t get lost in a sea of fur and excess slouchy material. I am in HEAVEN!
I SUPPOSE I should mention that the boots are really warm too! LOL – perhaps that should have come first. The North East just got slammed with a ton of HEAVY snow and I’ve been parading around town in the Earthkeepers with ease. They are waterproof, durable and are built a brand we all know and trust.
Are you an eco-conscious shopper? Then I have GREAT news! The Timberland Earthkeepers are made with recycled material. Here’s what the brand has to say:
A new addition to our collection this season, we’ve taken the ever-popular look of our Canard boot and added some eco-conscious credentials. These waterproof boots are crafted with leather from a silver-rated tannery and boast outsoles made from 42% recycled material. We added 50% recycled cotton laces and partially recycled fleecy linings so you can feel confident about having warm, dry feet while supporting the environment. Imported.
