My husband – the ham – wanted to try out this new Arnold Artisan Ovens Flatbread last night and made some REALLY good pizza! We didn’t have any tomato sauce so he opted for mozzarella, salt, pepper, minced garlic, olive oil and Italian Seasoning. In MINUTES, the boy made a GREAT treat for us.
Check out these super quick video showing Bill in action. 🙂
He didn’t get too fancy, but that dinner was amazing!!! Here’s a recipe I found on their website for Prosciutto Fig Pizza – for those who are looking for a little more action.
Suggestions
- Make like a foodie and eat prosciutto and fig.
- Start with a warm flatbread and top with thinly sliced prosciutto, add fig halves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mozzarella cheese. Pop in the oven at 350°F until the cheese melts. Top off with crumbled blue cheese and serve to a seriously impressed audience.

That looks fantastic! And I swear you two are aging backwards or found a fountain of youth in your backyard - you both look like you're still in college. :)
