RevitaLash Review: Does It Work?
Let me start by saying that when it comes to beauty products that claim to do miracles, I am a skeptic. Most recently the ultra pricey line of skin care products that I invested in because it was supposed to “get the red out” of my skin….didn’t.
But about two months ago I was working on a magazine story about how our hair — including eyebrows and eyelashes — changes and thins as we get older. I was looking into certain products that are supposed to make hair grow and came across this product that promised to make my lashes longer and more lush, no prescription needed.
Yeah, right, I thought.
But what the heck. I started using the product, called RevitaLash, about two months ago and can I just tell you that my eyelashes are freakishly long. Okay, not literally freaky, but they are so long that I don’t need to wear mascara. They are so long that I have had 3 people comment on them in the last two days. RevitaLash was created by an ophthamologist who developed the product after his wife’s treatment for breast cancer left her with brittle, sparse lashes. I know people who have used the other more well-known product and have had problems with stinging, and even discoloration. I have not had any issues with this product. I can only vouch for my own experience with Revitalash, but it is amazing.
Here’s a photo … no make-up on …. and I think my lashes look pretty darn long.
I usually wear Benefit BadGal mascara (which I love) but now it makes my lashes drag-queeny long. I need to find a product that will make them darker, but not necessarily thicker or longer. Have you noticed that your eyelashes have gotten thinner with age? Do you have a favorite mascara? Do you wear the same mascara day and night?
