Are You An Adult With Acne? Here’s 6 Products To Help Heal Your Skin

It’s no secret that I have rosacea which is just a pretty term for adult acne. If there is one thing I am OBSESSED with – it’s testing out products that cater to this specific need. After attending a few press events and spa trips, I have 6 great products that I rotate throughout the week. Wanted to share it with my readers just in case you are rowing the same boat.

6 Products to Help Heal Your Skin From Acne

SkinCeuticals Blemish and Age Defense Serum – $78

I found out about this product while attending the Redbook Beauty Awards last month. In two days I saw a significant difference! Now, I use it twice a day and am HOOKED.

Dr. Michelle Copeland Skin Care Advanced Acne Formula 4 fl oz (114 ml) – $57

This product I received from the Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards and it’s a great product. I put it on first thing out of the shower.

Avon ANEW PLATINUM Cleanser 4.2 fl. oz. – $9.99

It’s all about starting with a good cleanser and I really like Avon’s ANEW. Doesn’t leave my skin feeling overly dry and it’s suitable for sensitive skin.

Credentials RosaCalm Skin Serum 1 fl oz. – $42

This serum is specifically made for people who suffer from rosacea and it really does calm the skin. Love it! Found out about this during my recent spa trip to Connecticut.

DDF Ultra-Lite Oil-Free Moisturizing Dew SPF 45 1.7 oz (48 g) – $48

When I did that Success Rice shoot, the makeup artist told me to stick to oil-free moisturizers and recommended DDF. It’s available online but also at Sephora which is where I purchased it.

B. Kamins Bio-Maple Lactic-10 – 1 oz – $40

Finally, during a facial at the Red Door Spa, I was told to use this product at night a few times a week. This hydrating alpha beta home peel works wonders!

There you have it!

I’ve been lucky enough to speak to a good number of experts this year and I feel that these products really are what you need to get adult acne under control. I’m still a work in progress but I see a significant difference. Do you use any of these adult acne products?

I am glad to see the Avon Anew product on here- I LOVE it. They have changed the one I used, so I need to reinvestigate it- but it really is a great product. (TykeRider comment)
