When I was younger, the deciding factor with shoes was the prettiness. I never thought about comfort. Now that I’m a bit older and my heels and the balls of my feet have started protesting against all the cheap shoes, I’ve been more appreciative of shoes that are good for my feet and have support. I live in the city and I walk so much that I need shoes that won’t remind me of how much walking I’m doing.
Aerosoles’ Fall Collection will be in stores soon and I’m happy to give you a sneak of what’s going to be in stores. Some of these are cute transitional shoes that work even in the hot days of Fall. Below are my favorites from the collection:
These are called the Beccentric. Who doesn’t need a great pair of flats? Leopard print is so cute. If you’ve been keeping an eye on the runways, its also a huge trend come Fall. These are adorable, especially with the little flower at the top. They look like your average flats but are super comfy.
I picked these, the Benefit, because I’ve long needed a basic pair of black pumps for when I want to dress up a bit but need to keep it simple. These are perfect for job interviews and, if you work in an office, everyday wear. The heel isn’t super-high so they’re realistic to last all day. Also, these are great all year round. These babies are the Soup Du Jour. These are for when you want to dress up a bit. Pair with relaxed, tapered trousers and a cropped top for a night out. The wedge adds to the comfort level and the peakaboo details are really trendy.
The Iridescence boots are great for Fall. Black and brown basic boots go with everything, from jeans to skirts. The studded details add a bit of personality to them. These are the type of shoes you invest in forever because they’re comfy and aren’t trend-based so they will be looking good five years from now.
