Want To Be On TV? Three Casting Calls Up For Grabs

Robert Mazza Casting, Mark Burnett, Jarrett Creative Group and the Syfy cable TV network are seeking high school and college age students as well as alumni who have come face to face with paranormal activity on their school campuses. If you have witnessed a first hand experience with ghosts, hauntings or other unexplained phenomena in your classrooms… In your dorm… In locker rooms or on athletic fields… We may want to tell your story and recreate it on television. We are interested in hearing stories from anyone including students (current and past) as well as from any parents or faculty, etc.

Submit a brief explanation of your story and any pertinent information ASAP.

HGTV’s new and improved Bang for your Buck is giving designers the chance to be heard! The upcoming New York episode is one of a kind and is a featured “designer’s challenge” episode. Here’s your chance to submit your best project! We are looking for Apartment or Loft spaces that have been recently renovated and are truly unique and capture the high design aesthetic that New York is known for!

The designers will be featured on the revamped show, Bang For Your Buck. While we continue to compare 3 homes at a similar price point and feature an HGTV designer and local realtor making the assessments of how the renovation has impacted the homes’ values, we have also made some really fun changes. HGTV’s Vern Yip will be our host for the entire 8th season and we are really excited to have him on board! The biggest, and potentially most thrilling change for participants, is that there will be a generous grand prize of up to $10,000 for the designers who are deemed to have gotten the biggest “Bang” for their buck!

If you have a project that might fit this profile, please send me before and after photos of the space and the price point of the renovation. Even if none of your current projects will work, I would love to hear any advice on additional contact/resources to reach out to. We begin filming soon and I’d like to connect with great designers and projects as quickly as possible!
