I didn’t care for “30 Day Shred,” but I LOVE “No More Trouble Zones.” I think it is better paced, keeping it cardio, but with weights and a good ab emphasis.

I LOVE these dvds so much. I lost 20 doing 30 Day Shred (after you told us about Bill using it). I have totally slacked off on working out for a while and need to get back to it. I have the No More Trouble Zones, too, and love that one as well!
