Daily Diary: The Monster I Created

First of all, that’s the ACTUAL dress my daughter opted to wear today. I’m at a point where I just don’t care anymore. I’m giving her all the space she needs to find herself – even if it means we are eating lunch in sequin…. LOL!

Anyway, I was trying to take a picture of Natalie but she wouldn’t pose in a normal fashion. Finally, I just flipped the camera to video and caught her in action. This is what we go through all the time – she is SO FUNNY!

Thought it might be fun to share.

  1. Your daughter reminds me a lot of my daughter!

I never knew what color hair my daughter would come out with on any day (she had these barettes with fake colored hair in a braid attached to them).

    Girls are so much fun!

  2. You know, its a part of life, and she is just testing her creative long as it doesn’t hurt anyone let it flow and learn to breathe. I think its a cute outfit, and she expresses herself- mabe you have an artist or fashion designer in tow..who knows but am proud of you for not stifling her creativity.

  3. I love that you’re giving her the freedom to do it! Giving her the room to be creative and find herself and her style is priceless. šŸ™‚
