I have to tell you – my mother-in-law makes the BEST Irish Soda Bread. It might be because she LOADS it up with sugar and raisins. So much in fact – that it tastes like CAKE. LOL! Ok, so maybe we cheat a bit… but I really look forward to St. Patrick’s Day because of it.
