Before Natalie actually knew how to read – she had Pinkalicious memorized. It was (and still is) her absolute favorite book. Her teacher allows the students to bring in books to read to the class every now and then and this series is always Natalie’s top choice. Well, she just about fell on the floor when I showed her Silverlicious for the Nintendo DS. Now she can actually PLAY along with her favorite story character.
Silverlicious the game lets players set out on an adventure as Pinkalicious who has lost her ability to taste anything sweet. Kids will be able to help Pinkalicious regain her sweet tooth while practice kindness, good manners and helping others in need.
But it’s not all about sugar and snacking. While walking through the storyline, kids will “learn that true sweetness comes from much more than cupcakes and cookies.”
