5 No-Cook Meals For The Summer

We eat antipasta every so often as our meal. I’ve written about this before. Last night, was one of those nights and I grabbed everything and anything I had in my fridge / cabinets and went to town. Not sure if you can see but there are artichoke hearts, cheese and pita chips in those small bowls towards the other side of the table. The kids LOVE this because they get to make their own meals. I love it because I don’t have to put the stove on. Bill loves it because there is hardly any clean up. Win- Win – Win.

I am always in the market for new recipes and did a little search seeking out no-cook dishes for the summer. Here’s what I came up with:

  1. Tabouleh is another great no-cook dish. One of my favourites during the summer. I even have it for breakfast.
