Oh man! This is my new favorite thing to make. The family had it for dinner the other day and this entire dish was GONE in one sitting. Oh so dangerous. I took step by step pictures of the whole process but then decided it was overkill. Here’s a really quick rundown of this greek dip recipe.
Step 1: Line the bottom of the dish with hummus. Store bought is fine. I used Sabra.
Step 2: Chop up 1 bell pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 whole tomato, and half a jar of kalamata olives
Step 3: Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh dill. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the top and you are good to go.
Serve with warm pita bread!!
