Hanes has teamed up with Walt Disney Studios and the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions to participate in “Operation Sock Drive”. The initiative celebrates the upcoming movie The Odd Life of Timothy Green by donating new socks to needy families across the country.

How can you get involved? By going to the movies!

Starting today, and through September 3, 2012, you can take a new pair of socks to any community drop-off or Carmike and Marcus theater locations. Hanes is standing by, prepared to match all donations (up to 10,000 pairs), helping to bring comfort to families in need.

  1. Hi Vera
I just read about your unpleasant experience with purchasing from UK online store,Dorothy Perkins. I am experiencing similar situation from purchasing close online at TOPSHOP. I received an email from eshopworld.com on behalf of DPD deliverying company (which is the shipping company for TOPSHOP)asking me to pay $85 custom fee online, and while I ignored it, I received a call from them to ask me to pay through phone.
Was it the same company that contacted you?
This is not a fraud right?
I have tried to call TOPSHOP and the delivery company DPD, but wasn’t able to reach anyone….so I have to come bother you for help 🙁 Sorry to post a unrelated question on your blog post.
