I am so happy to have my little dog back home! She ended up having an inflamed GI and was put on an IV filled with antibiotics for a while. That overnight stay was probably horrible for her! But all is right once again.
So, her diet is now boiled chicken and white rice. Sounds delish! 
I made her rice last night for dinner and of course it was the best consistency I’ve ever made. Usually, I mess up when I cook rice. It ends up being too mushy. But yesterday – perfection! I laughed with Bill because I will never be able to get it that good again. We each had a small sampling to savor it.
I’ll be back to mush in a week or two. LOL

Now, if you’ll excuse me I have to go sell my body to pay for the ER bill.
