I ran to the mall yesterday to pick up a few things I needed for BlogHer. I’m going to be away for several days and had to stock up on my must-haves. One of which was powder for my face. I ran out of the darker color I use during the summer.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I NEVER tan my face. EVER. But life happens and when I run around town sometimes my skin darkens a shade or two. My winter powder just doesn’t work during the warmer months. I love MAC because there is no guessing. I never try to make a purchase on my own. I walk right over to one of the women behind the counter and ask for help. They work their magic, show me which color works best with my skin tone and send me along my way.
The SkinFinish Natural line is light coverage. It’s best used alongside a tinted moisturizer. If you are looking for something a bit heavier, they offer a Foundation Powder as well. But during the summer, I never really cake on my makeup. So this version worked perfectly with my needs.
