I do a ton of video blogging and I always HATE the quality because it’s typically either from my Flip or my Mac. I feel like after several years of blogging, I should have a nice video camera for reviews, travel write ups etc.
Well, yesterday afternoon… I bit the over-sized bullet and bought a really good camera. I’m talking a REALLY REALLY GOOD camera. Not professional standard, but close to it. Oh man – shaking in my bones all day just thinking of the money spent. But I have to believe I will get a return on this investment. Everything will look so much BETTER (in about 3 days).
So, which one did I get? I got the Canon VIXIA HF G10 Full HD Camcorder with HD CMOS Pro and 32GB Internal Flash Memory. AHHHHH
I upgraded to Amazon Prime so I can expedite the shipment. We’re going away a few times this month and I wanted to be sure I had it for travel blogging videos.
I will keep you posted on what I think.

Canon Vixia HF G10 gives good video.LCD is saturated and bright but viewing it in bright sunlight is difficult. Battery life is not really long and Powered IS drains the battery juice faster.The camera comes for a price which is around $1,029.
