Fashion Friday: Red Stretch Ankle Pants From The Limited – Three Different Ways #fashionfriday

The Limited is celebrating teachers this month and I was asked to take part in the initiative. I thought it was the perfect opportunity because BOTH my babies are heading to full time school this Fall. My Liam is entering Kindergarten… so this is a very special school year for the family. I just can’t believe we are here already. Where did the time go?

We have been really lucky so far in the teacher department.

My daughter is just entering second grade, but I already know that her first grade teacher had an amazing impact on her life. She showed me things I couldn’t see about Natalie and gave me sound advice about how to get her to concentrate more and get through homework with ease. I am so grateful to have spent a year of our lives under her umbrella.

As you can see, I like to pair red with black. I know it’s really hot to colorblock bright colors together – but I’m not really that girl. So, I picked out three shirts that had a black base and went to town. Swapped out my heels to give each outfit a different look and officially fell in love with the red Stretch Edge Waist Ankle Pants I had on. What do you think?!

  1. Being a shorter chick, they say if I wear cropped pants I look cropped myself so I’ve mostly stayed away. They looks great on you though!

  2. Wow, I always lust after colored pants, but I never buy because I think I would never wear them and I would never have enough stuff to match, but this makes me want to go out and buy a pair. Real. Bad.

  3. I had yellow pants for the spring and I think I am going with red for fall. Love these on you Vera and also love what the Limited is doing. I will give the pants a try.

  4. I would never even think about checking out The Limited for my teacher wardrobe! Thanks for the tip, Vera! You look so cute in EVERYTHING!
