Bill went to the supermarket to pick up a few Edwards Crème pies and something funny happened. While he was waiting at the checkout, the cashier started to go crazy! She started RAVING about the pies and how amazing they are. So much in fact that the woman behind my husband LEFT THE LINE to go pick up a few pies of her own.
The woman also made Bill to promise to come back next week and get on her line once again so he can tell her how right she was. Isn't that funny?! We were cracking up!
We had the chance to check out the Key Lime Pie and the Georgia Pecan Pie. YUM and YUM. Since I'm on bed rest, I haven't been in my kitchen in months (literally). I wouldn't expect my husband to be able to make pies like this. Thank goodness there are companies like Edwards that offer such DELICIOUS creations out of a BOX. YOU cannot beat it. Next time I get invited to a friend's house – that Pecan pie is coming with me.
Besides all the yummy goodness that Edward’s Desserts has to offer, there's also a fab Holiday microsite where you can create and send an holiday e-card . Oh and there's a COUPON! Woot -Woot! If you create an e-card, you get a coupon!! You know I'm all about that. I actually sent a few out to my family members so I can encourage them to purchase an Edwards Pie this weekend while food shopping for the holidays. I loved that there were a limited amount of designs to choose from. I can't stand it when a site is too overwhelming. This one is very straight forward.
For the season, a portion of all sales of Edward’s Desserts products will be donated to Toys for Tots! Edward’s Dessert will be donating a $1 for every Edward’s Desserts product purchased during November and December. I love this.
