  1. Hi Vera…
I have always been afraid of the dark and being alone in the dark.It goes back to the fact that I have a wild wild imagination and believe that everything bad will happen to me the minute I am alone in the dark. I always thought I had it under control until last week when I was stepping into the bathroom to throw a clean towel in.I thought I didn’t need to switch the lights on because I was literally going in for one second. However, the towel fell off the hanger, I bent down to pick it up and low and behold, the door started swinging shut and the darkness enclosed/ I WAS BREATHLESS. I left the towel on the floor, ran out and switched the lights on. It was then that I thought, what the hell is wrong with me?? I am in my home, in a small bathroom and at 4pm… not even midnight or anything crazy like that. And yet I could feel my heart racing and that sense of fear overwhelming me… I FEEL your fear sista!
