Celebrating Easter With The Family And Our New Bunny
The day started off right with an Easter egg hunt – a Sweeney tradition. I DIED when I saw those Batman eggs at Target. How fun! The kids woke up NICE AND EARLY and zipped around the house hunting down their score.
Yesterday was the first time in a LONG time that Bill and I split out the holiday. We spent the first half of the day with his family. Unfortunately, I was holding Caleb the entire time and didn’t have a chance to take any photos of the kids. For dessert, we headed over to my family’s house. My cousins were passing Caleb around like a hot potato so I had a free hand. LOL.
It all started out nice and easy – and then the candy came out. Darn those Easter baskets! hahahahah
I think this is such a FUN PICTURE! We tried to have one of the guys snap a shot of all the ladies about a BILLION times and it just wasn’t working. It was blurry, our heads were cut off, odd light shapes were in the way ETC. Eventually, we gave up and flipped the camera around and did it ourselves. So much love in the pic. 😉 CUTE!
My little bunny was so spoiled yesterday. He was held for a good 24 HOURS. That little tush was snug in an arm at ALL TIMES. He was in his glory.
Here’s what his tush looked like BTW. I fell in love with this outfit when I saw it. Bunny ears and all. 🙂
