I had the chance to check out DDP Yoga and was surprised by how all encompassing the plan is. Not only is it your workout routine, but it also gives you meal plan suggestions and motivational boosts!

So what is DDP Yoga? According to the website:

DDP Yoga is not traditional yoga, it’s a hybrid workout that incorporates some traditional yoga movements and adds dynamic resistance, active breathing techniques and power movements to make for a more challenging and results oriented workout.

Do you suffer from join pain? Does it prevent you from working out? I have horrific knees – though I don’t talk about it much they really do limit me from doing a lot of workouts. A lunge? ME?! NEVER!!
