The Three Things I Did To Drastically Changed My Skin

I am so excited! I’ve seeing real results over the last two weeks and I COULD CRY. Instead of giving you the long -winded version (which I could so easily do), I will give it to you short and sweet. Here are the three things I’ve done differently over the last few weeks that have literally cleared up my skin:

  1. Medical Facial: Do a local search and find a spot that gives medical facials. What is a medical facial? It’s an intense facial that is heavily geared towards women with clogged pores and inflamed skin. They have permission to get UNDER the skin and clear out acne that regular facialists are not allowed to touch (they use a tiny needle that DOES NOT HURT in case you were wondering). Add a little microdermabrasion and a calming mask and you are all set.
  2. Start Your Day Off With Water And Lemon: In order to clear yourself of unwanted toxins, be sure to start off each morning with a big glass of room temperature lemon water. No ice. Nothing cold. Drink it and don’t eat anything for at least 10 minutes after you finish the entire glass. This will help flush out any toxins that are lying around inside your body. I am TELLING YOU – big difference. This is old school mentality! Nothing fancy. Just good ol’ nature at work.
  3. Vitamin C Serum: I paid way too much money at the spa for my bottle of iS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance+, but you can snag yours for MUCH less on Amazon.  I spent $145 and Amazon is selling it for $109! UGH. Hate when I get ripped off. I was told that my skin is HIGHLY sensitive and to stay away from moisturizer for a while. Instead, to swap out my daily routine with this serum. When I wake up, I wash my face, use toner and then spread a small amount of iS Clinical on my face and neck. I repeat this process before I go to bed.

These three things have corrected my skin. I mean, it’s been so long because I’ve been suffering from breakouts the last few years on my forehead thanks to my migraine medication. It doesn’t agree with me but I NEED IT. My entire life I’ve dealt with rosacea – this is something I am used to. But my forehead was never an issue until I got on daily meds. My body HATES those pills.

Now, I have a way to balance it all. Had to share! Give this trio a shot and let me know if you see a difference too!

  1. I’m fascinated by the medical facial! Did you end up at a local spa place or more of a medical facility? I am having a hard time finding one nearby…
