ENTER TO WIN: Concord Foods Cranberry Bread Pack including Calphalon Loaf Pan

Concord Foods Cranberry Bread Mix

One thing I came across in my quest for baked goodness is a new brand for me.  I’ve used their products a bit in the past, but Concord Foods’ Cranberry Bread Mix is pretty awesome…and perfect for the season. It just fits right in to all the festivities. To top it off, it’s only available until 12/31 because the are committed to the best…so they only sell it during cranberry harvest season. I love that! Seasonality, height of the season, peak flavor and freshness. Isn’t that what good food is all about?

To make this little gem even better, you can always add some fresh Ocean Spray® fresh cranberries. However, if this is not your thing for whatever reason, you can also use Craisins® Dried Cranberries. To get them really tasting fresh, just pre-soak those little guys for 20 minutes and pour ’em into the mix.  That’s it. It’s couldn’t be simpler, but trust me, you will love the results. It’s awesome…and my kids even ate it (and you know that’s a score…).

Craisins

After I tried this, I wanted to see if you could do more, so I went online and check out some other recipes.  Here are a couple of my favs. I think they are simple but tasty enough that most people in your clan will love them, too. It’s the right mix of sweet, tart, buttery…

PLUS…and you knew there was a coupon moment somewhere here…you can save $1.00 on fresh Ocean Spray cranberries when you purchase Concord Foods Cranberry Bread Mix or Sweet Potato Casserole Mix. You’re doing it anyway, so this just makes it that much…sweeter? Was that a bad one, sorry…

These great mixes are available in grocery stores across the U.S.

Now, we’re going to make it easy to give this a try! One (1) lucky Lady and the Blog reader will receive:

Thanks for the giveaway…the kids love gingerbread cookies; we have used craisins in baked muffins on occasion.
