Fashion week is a great time to check out the latest and greatest fashion trends for the upcoming seasons, but when my wallet brings me back to reality it’s great to have HSN’s The Fashion Edit to showcase amazing clothing and accessories for spring that will keep you on trend without breaking the bank. Here are some of my favorite finds.
One of the first things that caught my eye at The Fashion Edit was the the Rara Avis collection by Iris Apfel. Iris Apfel has been a fashion icon forever, and one peek at her collection and it’s easy to see why. My favorites for spring, these chunky resin statement necklaces, luscious lips clutch, and this amazing collection of footwear. The Rara Avis collection by Iris Apfel is the perfect combination of trendy and whimsical to make the perfect statement for spring.
Two great makeup finds from The Fashion Edit come from Too Faced and the Chrome Girls. I have been a longtime fan of Too Faced products and the products in the spring collection are more of what makes Too Faced products so beloved. My favorite pick for spring is the Matte Eye Shadow Collection which features the perfect combinations of colors to produce natural, sexy eyes just like we’ve been seeing all over the runway this season. My favorite part, however, is the included how-to cards that show you how to create different looks that are easy to follow, even more the more eye makeup challenged like me.
Chrome Girls was a new discovery for me and it was love and first sight. This polish line launched last March but has already found its way into the makeup collections of fashionistas all over who love the dazzling array of colors with catchy names like “No Tan Lines” and “Bed Head,” but Chrome Girls is more than just a pretty face. All Chrome Girls polish is 5-Free which means that they contain no formaldehyde, toluene, camphor, dibutyl phthalate or formaldehyde resin — all without sacrificing richness of color.
With the latest winter storm rolling in it’s hard to think about spring, but these fabulous fashion finds from Hal Rubenstein and Giuliana Rancic have me dreaming of warmer days. I LOVE this large graphic floral trench coat from Hal Rubenstein, especially at the amazing price of $99! (pictured above, left)
Another spring collection that caught my eye was the eye popping hues from Giuliana Rancic. Any piece in the collection would be a great addition to a spring wardrobe, but my personal favorite was this motorcycle cropped blazer in a minty green perfect for spring. (pictured above, right)
