Little Pet Shop On The Hub Network and New Fall Toys From Hasbro

The Little Pet Shop On The Hub Network celebrated the release of their brand new show with a NYC party and displayed all of their new Fall Toys for the media to preview. What a treat!

Natalie and I got to have some father-daughter time while mommy was away on business. I coached Liam’s baseball game then hopped on the train and took Natalie to the fabulous Bryant Park Hotel for a screening of two of the brand new episodes of the upcoming third season of Littlest Pet Shop on the Hub Network. Now, why would I be crazy enough to coach a game for one kid, take another into the city to watch a show, then come home and coach a soccer game? Well, I love my kids, but also Natalie is absolutely head-over-heels for “LPS.” It is by far her biggest toy passion, and she, of course, loves the show just as much. There was no choice, really, plus I don’t get enough dad time with just Natalie these days.

We had a blast!!! It was such a great time! The screening room was beautiful, really the perfect size. We tucked into our seats with some popcorn, water, and pretzels, hunkering down for some LPS action. Sure, there was all the “pre-game” excitement you could well imagine. She couldn’t wait, and neither could any of the other children lucky enough to attend the event. There were even some awesome merchandise previews, but I’l touch on that a bit later.

The half-hour animated comedy series follows Blythe and her father as they move into a big city apartment above the Littlest Pet Shop – an amazing day camp for pets of all kinds including a panda, gecko, and even a mongoose. But the real adventure begins when Blythe discovers she can miraculously talk with the animals! The pets may be small, but their big personalities often lead to some really cute, funny, and downright sweet pop music-inspired song and dance sequences.

The kids were so happy, laughing and giggling for the length of both shows. They couldn’t get enough…and I must admit, I kind of enjoyed it, too. I would highly recommend checking the show out as it’s just a good, fun, for the kids to get into…plus the toys are cute and so innocent, too.

This fall, LITTLEST PET SHOP empowers fans to “Be who they wanna be!” with a new way to play that offers the freedom to design their own PET SHOP world, their way. Your kids can create their own Downtown City, with customizable style sets and figures inspired by the “Littlest Pet Shop” animated series. Once pets are collected, fans can entertain, play with, and care for their pets, and with each pet they collect, they unlock new rooms and accessories to design their own LITTLEST PET SHOP world, digitally.
