This dress makes me feel like a ballerina! Doesn’t it look and feel like a ballerina style dress? I think it’s the soft apricot color and the ease of the skirt that is doing it for me. So simple and perfect for spring.
I’m not someone who typically wears a ballerina style dress, but I think this drapey spaghetti-strap dress from J Crew works. Truly breezy and light and fun. If you don’t like the color I chose, there are a few darker options as well – including blue and black.
Now, you need a strapless bra with this number – so be prepared!
I chose nude heels because they are my go-to shoes for dresses… as you can tell. But honestly, I think you could even wear a pair of black heels with this dress. It’s SOOOOOOO neutral that almost anything will go.
I’m talking a hot pink pump…
Or something a bit more muted.
For earrings, you could go with something fun – like these hot pink tassels. They will really POP off your dress, right?
