Hey, gamers of the universe! Do you have the Nintendo Switch? If so, I have a new game for you to check out –  LEGO Worlds. With LEGO Worlds, you can explore, create and discover from literally anywhere. This brick-building adventure launched earlier this month and is a great addition to any builder’s catalog of titles.

We’re always looking for games for more than one player. So, I was happy to see that LEGO Worlds can keep two of my kids occupied at once. This open environment game is pretty much made entirely of LEGO bricks that you can move around at your leisure. The player can break apart or build whatever they want, whenever they want. It’s super fun and limitless – right up my kids’ alley!

Create anything you can imagine one brick at a time, or use large-scale landscaping tools to create vast mountain ranges and dot your world with tropical islands. Drop in prefabricated structures to build and customize any world to your liking. Explore using helicopters, dragons, motorbikes or even gorillas and unlock treasures that enhance your gameplay. Yes, there is an action adventure that you can walk through. It’s not just a world that you drop into and have to figure out on your own. Though it could be!

Watch your creations come to life through characters and creatures that interact with you and each other in unexpected ways. In LEGO Worlds, anything is possible! As a reminder, with the Switch, you can take your game with you as you travel. So, the boys like to work on their designs at home and then take their saved masterpieces on the road when we head to our car and out to Grandma’s house. I JUST LOVE THIS ABOUT THE SWITCH.

I must confess, I love video games that all my children can enjoy. My four-year-old can participate … and so can my 12-year-old. Heck, I’m almost 40 and I love to hop in as well. It’s all about family bonding and this gaming family loves to do it all around a quest! Be sure to check out LEGO Worlds this holiday season and beyond. The perfect gift for that special someone in your life that has a little imagination.
