Veggie Patch Spinach Bites

Back to School = After School Snack!

I just jumped into the world of elementary school last week with my daughter starting kindergarten. It’s been a strange adjustment. To have to be on time, to have to be on time again a few hours later…to pick her up. With preschool, I could be late, I could take her out for a day if I felt like it. But those days are gone. Soon our lives will revolve around school, gymnastics and sports…no longer will it revolve around naps and playdates!

I was rescued by Veggie Patch last week. My daughter came home starving and I was so happy to be able to offer her a healthy afternoon snack without whipping up a meal! The kids shared the Veggie Patch Spinach Bites and the Veggie Patch Chik’n nuggets. I have to be honest…I ate most of the Spinach Bites! YUMMMM! I loved them!
