On Saturday, November 7, 2009, more than 500 children ages four to seventeen took part in the Annual Kid’s Charity Fun Run in Central Park to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of New York.  The Kid’s Charity Fun Run is about kids helping kids to generate awareness for the Ronald McDonald House among school-age children who represent the future of charitable giving and philanthropy in our community.



This event benefited the Ronald McDonald House of New York, a facility that provides children with cancer and their families with physical shelter and emotional support while they undergo treatment.  Since its founding, nearly than 25,000 families have stayed at the Ronald McDonald House of New York.
