Have some wine left over from last night’s party? Don’t throw it away (like my husband does)! There are a few things you can do with the unused liquid.
- Have the girls over for lunch and serve Sangria.If you have leftover red or white simply slice up apples, oranges and apricots (or whatever else you have in the fridge) and add it to a pitcher filled with ice.
- Make Beef Bourguignonne: Here’s a great recipe to follow.
- Saute your vegetables: Instead of using butter or oil, use a dab of oil and wine.
- Marinade your meat: Consider using the remaining wine to marinade whatever you planned on cooking. Red especially adds ton of flavor
