Regien’s Spring/ Summer 2013 Presentation for New York Fashion Week was centered around garden chic. These clothes are for ladies who lunch but do so casually. Easy-to-wear clothing in gentle colors rounded out a collection that was chic but timeless.
Dusty pink, yellow and eggshell were the colors that dominated the collection. The silhouettes were forgiving to the female form but complimentary in the manner of a well-dressed woman who knows what works for her body. While shorts were included in the collection, the hemlines were modest. Shifts stopped just above the knee, short enough to keep it young but chic.
Regien’s Spring/Summer 2013 presentation was a gently calming fashion experience. Comprised of wearable pieces for the chic 20-somethinger New Yorker, these are keepers for your wardrobe.
