We are all just sort of looking out the window and watching the snow fall. You know, the snow that Long Island wasn’t supposed to get during this Nor’easter. Look at my front tree. The branches are touching the ground.

Granted – that particular tree is really small. But still – that’s some heavy snow.

It doesn’t look like it’s stopping either.

Our roof sounds like hail is being thrown on it – but in actuality the noise is coming from our huge Oak in the backyard. I think the branches are smacking my house around.

How much longer is this supposed to last? I’m not sure how much more these trees can take post Hurricane Sandy….

(PS that’s the first snowball of the season – in case anyone is keeping track)
