14 Days To A New You #ProjectMeAgain: The Ultimate To-Do List To Help You Achieve A Stress Free Life

14 Days to a New You

In a continuing effort to get my life in order (alongside with you), I spent a few hours over the weekend getting digitally organized.

It’s another chapter in our “14 Days to a New You” Challenge folks! Are you ready for your next task? This one will have you working a bit tonight… but it will be SO WORTH IT – trust me.

Have you ever walked into a store and bought a billion dollars worth of goods, walked up to the register and realized that you forgot your loyalty card? Or WORSE –  the gift card that you have sitting on your kitchen counter?  Me – every single time.

For about a YEAR, my husband and I have been promising one another that we will make an effort to get digitally organized. There’s a free app called Keyring (for iPhone) that scans all the barcodes of loyalty cards and stores them on your phone. Let’s be honest. You always have your phone with you, right? But you don’t always have that gift card!!

So, what did I do after almost a year of thinking about it? I ACTUALLY DID IT! I scanned every single loyalty card I owned Sunday morning. It took a minute – I’m not going to lie. But I am so happy I did because now whenever I go shopping, I will get credit for my purchases. I don’t like to give my phone numbers to companies – I usually LIE when they ask. SO, doing the “lookup” never works for me because I don’t know what number I gave. MESS!

Take time over the next few days and get organized. If you have gift cards, you can actually put them in this app as well. Then when you are ready to pay, the cashier just has to scan your phone. Super easy and TRUST ME – this will reduce stress over the course of this next year. And the less time you spend stressing about this nonsense leaves you more time to spend on YOU.

Check back in a few days for the next challenge.
